The majority of international flights come into the new Terminal C.
Rest assured we have been tracking your flight and if there have been any delays we have accounted for them and will still be waiting for you. Make sure you have your phone turned on (if you have one) as soon as you can – just in case you want to text us for any reason.
You should also have this information on your pre-arrival documentation but it’s handy to know it’s on-line as well just in case.
For international travelers (those who have not yet cleared customs) – you will collect your bags first and then navigate through immigration.
Internal (or those who cleared immigration on departure) you may be directed to the lounge area to collect your bags from one of the carousels.
Which ever way you are directed through immigration you will eventually exit into the arrival lounge on level 6.
Once you, and all your party, have retrieved your baggage use the WhatsApp number, you were provided, to alert your driver that you are ready for collection. If you do not have a cell phone please head to your left and on the wall by the bathrooms you will see 2 telephones. These are free to use. Call our contact number (407 900 3433) and you will be connected to your driver.
Now take the elevator down to LEVEL 1 (Limousines). You will exit into a glass foyer opposite the private hire loading area. Wait inside and your driver will pull up outside and come to meet you. It should be no more than a few minutes from your call.
Please do not go outside unless instructed to do so.
Melbourne International (MLB)
Once you have landed and exited the aircraft you will be directed towards immigration and then to a carousel to collect your bags in the normal way.
You should have been given the option to join a WhatsApp group prior to travel. This group will connect you to a member of the office team and your driver.
As soon as you have cleared immigration and all your party have their bags safely in hand – message the WhatsApp group to let your driver know you are ready. For those without a cell phone – use one of the public use phones in the terminal to call our office line 407 900 3433.
You now need to make your way to the pick up point!
After collecting your bags you will exit into the new Welcome Center. Your driver may be waiting here for you but if not exit left towards ground transportation.
Your driver will be parked in the car park just outside the terminal building. When they received your message they will have driven to the pick up point just in front of the terminal.
Exit the terminal where it is signposted for ground transportation
The terminal has three covered crosswalks leading to the car parks – one at each end and one in the middle (see the blue covered walk ways in the picture).
Which ever door you exit from – make your way to the MIDDLE covered crosswalk.
Stay under cover in the shade and your driver will pull up as close to this area as they can to meet you. It may take them a moment to exit the car park and circle around so there is no need to rush.
As this is a secure area the driver will not be able to leave the vehicle unattended. They will stand by the vehicle with a name card so please watch as cars come and go. If the driver doesn’t see you straight away they will message the WhatsApp group to let you know they are there.
Tampa
Guests arriving through our new hub at Tampa will be given separate meeting instructions prior to arrival.
Make sure to have a cell phone that will connect to either wifi or a cell phone carrier so that you can access your WhatsApp group as this will be key in meeting with your driver.
